Ronald C. Loucks – President and Chief Executive Officer, Director

Founded the Corporation in March 2003.
 
Ron has spent his entire career in the Canadian benefits industry including roles in sales, consulting and senior management capacities.
 
Former Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of, Assure Health Inc., from May 1989 through October 1999 and upon the sale of Assure Health Inc. to BCE Emergis Inc., he was the Executive Vice-President, e-Health North America, from November 1999 through February 2002.
 
Currently a member of the Board of Governors of McMaster University and serves on the Board of Directors of ThinkFirst Canada.

Thomas F. Corcoran, P.Eng., MBA, ICD.D – Director, Chairman of the Board

Tom is the former Vice President and Managing Director of Canada Life Assurance Company's Group Insurance business units in Canada (1997 to 2002) and the United Kingdom (2002 to 2004). Mr. Corcoran has served on a number of corporate boards and is currently the board Chair of NexgenRx Inc.; Board Chair Memotext Corporation; Director, ArtsandTV Inc.; Director LifeCapital Holdings Inc.. He is also the Chair of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Ontario Chapter.
 
On the community service front, Mr. Corcoran serves as Chair, Health Professions Regulatory Advisory Council (Ontario). He has been Chairman of Bridgepoint Hospital; Chair of Bridgepoint Health Foundation; Chair, Crescent School; Governor, University of Waterloo; Chair, University of Waterloo President's Advisory Council; Chair, Ontario Chamber of Commerce; director, National Ballet of Canada.

Patrick Crowley – Director, Member of the Audit Committee

Patrick Crowley joined OMERS in December of 2006 as the Chief Financial Officer. OMERS is one of Canada's largest pension plans, providing pension services to more than 380,000 active and retired members and about 910 employers. Prior to joining OMERS, Mr. Crowley was CFO of ATI Technologies Inc., Canada Life Financial Corporation, Molson Inc., Abitibi Consolidated Inc., and Everfresh Beverages Inc. 

Mr. Crowley is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Crowley is also a graduate of the Directors Education Program and holds the designation ICD.D.

John R. Hawkrigg – Director, Member of the Audit and Compensation Committees

John is the Vice-Chairman for HKMB HUB International and HUB International Ontario. John also serves on the Board for Eastern Platinum, Mukuba Resources Limited and NexgenRx. He is a former Director of the Canadian Finance and Leasing Association (CFLA).
 
John also makes time to give back to his community. He serves on the Board of Bishop Strachan School and is a former member of the St. Joseph’s Hospital Capital Campaign. Until recently, he was a member of the Board of Governors at Kingsway College School, as well as a coach of a successful minor hockey team.

David A. Rosenkrantz – Director, Member of Audit & Compensation Committees

President and Director of Patica Securities Limited, an Exempt Market Dealer, since 2001 and co-founder of Patica Corporation, a merchant bank, in 1993. 
Serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Carfinco Income Fund (TSX:CFN.UN).  Previously served as Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of PreMD Inc.; Director and past Chairman of the Board of Stellar Pharmaceuticals Inc.; Lead Director of Medisystem Technologies Inc. ; Chairman of the Board of Directors for Versent Corporation  and Director of Northern Mountain Helicopters Inc.

F. Gregory Thompson – Director, Chairman of the Compensation Committee

President and Chief Executive Officer of Versent Corporation, the largest owner and operator of laser tag entertainment centres in North America.
 
Served as the Senior Vice President of the Ontario Jockey Club, a large multifaceted sports entertainment company which ranks among the most successful and respected horseracing organizations in the world.  

Ralph Soberano – Director, Member of the Audit Committee

Vice-President Finance of Wycliffe International since 1983. Wycliffe International is a privately held investment company specializing in real estate in Canada and the United States and venture capital investments in both countries.
