America, from November 1999 through February 2002.

management, governance and reporting in Canada.
Served as the Corporate Controller of ACNielsen
Company of Canada, leading the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance project.;
Director of Group Accounting and Reporting with The Canada
Life Assurance Company, including facilitation of transition
during the acquisition by Great West Life; and, as the Manager,
Financial Statements for the Bank of Montreal, responsible
for the financial statements and disclosure in the award-winning
annual reports from 1999 through 2001.
