benefits industry including roles in sales and consulting.
Former Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating
Officer of Assure Health Inc., from May 1989 through October
1999 and upon the sale of Assure Health Inc. to BCE Emergis
Inc., he continued as Executive Vice-President, e-Health North
America, from November 1999 through February 2002.
Currently a member of the Board of Governors
of McMaster University and serves on the Board of Directors
of ThinkFirst Canada.
Thomas F. Corcoran, P.Eng., ICD.D – Director, Chairman of the Board
Tom is the former Vice President and Managing Director of Canada Life Assurance Company's Group Insurance business units in Canada (1997 to 2002) and the United Kingdom (2002 to 2004). Mr. Corcoran has served on a number of corporate boards and is currently the board Chair of NexgenRx Inc. and the Memotext Corporation. He is also a member of the Executive of the Ontario Chapter of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
On the community service front, Mr. Corcoran serves as Chairman of Bridgepoint Hospital; past Chair of Bridgepoint Health Foundation; past Chair, Crescent School; past Governor, University of Waterloo; past Chair, University of Waterloo President's Advisory Council; past Chair, Ontario Chamber of Commerce; past director, National Ballet of Canada.

Licensed pharmacist with over 30 years of experience
in the industry. Served as the clinical architect of the NexgenRx
Intervention Suite.
Former Vice-President, Pharmacy Relations of
Assure Health Inc., and has served as a corporate advisor
to insurance companies, managed care organizations and government
health care projects.
