including roles in sales and consulting capacities.
Former Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer
of, Assure Health Inc., from May 1989 through October 1999
and upon the sale of Assure Health Inc. to BCE Emergis Inc.,
he continued as Executive Vice-President, e-Health North America,
from November 1999 through February 2002.
Currently a member of the Board of Governors of McMaster
University and serves on the Board of Directors of ThinkFirst
Canada.
Thomas F. Corcoran – Director, Chairman of the Board
Former Vice President and Managing Director
of Canada Life Assurance Company's Group Insurance business
units in Canada (1997 to 2002) and the United Kingdom (2002
to 2004).
Serves as Chairman of Bridgepoint Health Foundation; past
Chair of Bridgepoint Hospital; past Chair, Crescent School;
past Governor, University of Waterloo; past Chair, University
of Waterloo President's Advisory Council; past Chair, Ontario
Chamber of Commerce; past director, National Ballet of Canada.
Patrick Crowley – Director,
Member of the Audit Committee
Patrick Crowley joined OMERS in December of 2006
as the Chief Financial Officer. OMERS is one of Canada's largest
pension plans, providing pension services to more than 380,000
active and retired members and about 910 employers. Prior
to joining OMERS, Mr. Crowley was CFO of ATI Technologies
Inc., Canada Life Financial Corporation, Molson Inc., Abitibi
Consolidated Inc., and Everfresh Beverages Inc.
Mr. Crowley is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business
and is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Crowley is also a graduate
of the Directors Education Program and holds the designation
ICD.D.
John R. Hawkrigg – Director, Member of the Audit

Managing Partner of HKMB Insurance Limited,
Canada's largest privately owned commercial insurance brokerage,
and has been with the firm and its predecessor companies for
almost 20 years.
Has served in various positions with Canadian
Imperial Bank of Commerce and Wellington Insurance Company.
Currently serves as a Director for Eastern
Platinum Limited and Barplats Investments Limited as well
as a board member of a number of community organizations.
David A. Rosenkrantz –

Patica Corporation, a merchant banking corporation, in 1993.

from 2002 to 2004), PreMD Inc. (formerly IMI International
Medical Innovations Inc.) since 1998, Versent Corporation
since 1993 (Chairman since 2004), Neuromolecular Inc. since
2001 and RAS Completions Inc. since 2000.
Previously served as a Trustee of Carfinco
Income Fund since 2002, as the Lead Director of Medisystem
Technologies Inc., and was a Director of LymphoSign Inc.,
Northern Mountain Helicopter Group Inc. and Beta Brands Inc.
F. Gregory Thompson – Director, Chairman of

of Versent Corporation, the largest owner and operator of
laser tag entertainment centres in North America and one of
Canada's leading distributors and operators of private label
automated banking machines.
Served as the Senior Vice President of
the Ontario Jockey Club, a large multifaceted sports entertainment
company which ranks among the most successful and respected
horseracing organizations in the world.

since 1983. Wycliffe International is a privately held investment
company specializing in real estate in Canada and the United
