Direct Drug, Dental and Extended Health Care benefits in the
Canadian market. Using advanced communications and processing
technology we enable employee benefit plan sponsors to control

Administrative
Assistant:
This role is responsible for providing support and general
administrative assistance. Initially this role will support
management in developing forms, manuals, presentations and
other administrative functions required in establishing a
new office.
Excellent organizational, administrative and Microsoft Office
skills are essential as well as the ability to learn other
databases as required. Strong people skills, diplomacy and
familiarity in working in a corporate environment are necessary.
Group insurance background would be a definite asset.

Representatives
Candidates should be team players with at least 1 to 2 years
of customer service experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management
industry or experience as a Pharmacy technician . Candidates
will have strong computer skills and excellent bilingual communication
and interpersonal skills. As this is a department which offers
services from 8 am to midnight every day, candidates must
be able to work flexible hours.

Web Developer &
PC Support
This role is responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance
of NexgenRx’s internal and external websites including
formatting and uploading documents and website security. This
position also involves PC set up and support in a small office
environment.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this role are:
- Maintain existing websites for external and internal users
- Recommending and implementing enhancements and modifications
to the websites
- Ensuring a consistent look and feel across the websites
by promoting uniform fonts, formatting, icons, images, and
layout
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on website traffic
- Developing and managing online initiatives to support
new and existing corporate initiatives
- Installing software, setting up PCs and other equipment
as required
- Providing ongoing PC support to an office of approximately
20 people
- Performing additional duties, not limited to those mentioned
above, as required
Required Experience:
- The successful candidate will hold a Diploma/Certificate
in web development / design
- At least 3 years related work experience
- Must have experience with Microsoft Windows, Adobe Acrobat,
HTML, CSS, JAVA, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver,
XML, ASP.NET and other tools are required.
- Programming experience in PHP and is an asset
- Experience with Web-database integration using MS SQL
- Experience in Health Provider or Health Insurance industries
is considered an asset
- Experience with Linux operating systems is considered
an asset

Senior Microsoft SQL Server
Developer
The Senior Microsoft SQL Server Developer will be responsible
for development of Database applications and data load programs
using a MS SQL Server programming platform. This person in
this role will also provide technical leadership and troubleshooting
assistance as required.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this role are:
- Develop, debug, and implement operational databases and
programs using SQL Server programming language
- Analyze, reformat and validate data for loading into our
Claims Adjudication application
- Develop the client applications connected to MS SQL Server
- Participate in technical design sessions and translate
them into technical specifications
- Build ad hoc queries and compile statistical reports as
required
- Act as the day-to-day expert in the Information Systems
Support team to resolve application issues with SQL database
applications
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the
Information Systems Team
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
degree
- Microsoft SQL Certification is required
- Knowledge and experience (5yr. -7yr) in MS SQL server
database management
- Knowledge and experience in MS Access, Visual Basic and
Business Objects Crystal Reports
- Must have experience with Microsoft server family (including
Windows 2000, .NET Server 2003, SQL Server, IIS, Active
Directory)
- Database design, development / programming in an SQL 2000
environment/TSQL
- Experience in Health Provider or Health Insurance industries
is considered an asset
Required Skills:
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to provide technical leadership and project management
expertise as required
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing
business environment
- Possess a strong background in database design and multi-threaded
applications, data transformation and have a sound knowledge
